Return Conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or worn pillows unless the item is defective.
